The brief

Sweet Valley Produce ran its packing floor on a paper form. Every bin received, every box packed, every lot shipped was a handwritten row — impossible to audit, and impossible to trace a buyer complaint back to the field it came from.

What I built

A multi-tenant SaaS covering receiving, packing, storage, orders, and invoicing, driven from a phone at the dock. Tenant isolation is enforced in Postgres by row-level security rather than in application code, and verified by an isolation harness that runs in CI. Farms subscribe; SVP is tenant #1.

The brief

Shoppers spend hundreds on well-reviewed products that were never going to work on their hair. Rating apps stamp one universal score on every ingredient; hair only has good matches. The brief: score the product for the person holding it.

What I built

A scan-to-personalized-score pipeline over a 1,500+ ingredient science layer, scored entirely on-device: ingredient role × product category × the user's hair profile, with a health gate that vetoes unsuitable products. Routine builder and social layer round out the loop.

The brief

Daniel runs a 14-year hand-built carpentry shop. He needed a site that felt like the work — premium, deeply themed, and able to win clients before the first phone call.

What I built

Long-scroll site themed around the build journey, plus a real React Three Fiber 3D shed configurator that updates in real time across 12 customizable options. Outside ↔ Inside view toggle, structured submit-design payload, lead-capture wired to Resend.

The brief

A one-person shop promises what a whole team usually keeps: written proposals, milestone visibility, 48-hour replies, post-launch check-ins. Kept out of an inbox, those promises quietly decay. So the system came before the clients.

What I built

An eight-section Project Brief that autosaves locally and compiles into an AI-ready Markdown build spec, an admin dashboard behind magic-link auth, a 15-stage lifecycle email registry sent via Resend, and a paper trail — proposals, contracts, invoices, activity log — in Postgres.
